Access to restricted systems

You are required to have authorization from nedwos before you proceed and you are strictly limited to the use set out within that authorization.

Unauthorised access to, misuse of, or “equipment interference” to this or any related systems is prohibited and constitutes an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

You are required to keep in confidence any information obtained through this system and use it only for the purposes specifically detailed in your authorization.

If you disclose any of the information obtained through this system without authority from nedwos, we may take legal action against you.

All communications including but not limited to telephone calls, email and other messages, meetings and video conferences may be monitored and recorded.

Additional Terms of site use

This document (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms upon which you may make use of nedwos.co.uk, nedwos.net, nedwos.info or related sites (“our site”), as a visitor to our sites. By using our sites, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our sites. People and organisations that are commercially connected to us are also governed by our Terms and Conditions and a valid OsSA with them.

Accessing our site/s

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site becomes unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what kinds of information we may gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone and the choices you have regarding our use of the information.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not address how Users make use of people’s personal information that they may gather through User Content uploaded by other Users. Users are required to meet their legal obligations as to, amongst other things, dealing with personal information; however, we do not have responsibility for Users’ actions in this (or any other) regard. 1. Personal data, or personal information as we sometimes call it, means data which is capable of identifying a living person. Users provide us with personal data, such as their name, address, telephone number and credit card details.

2. nedwos (“the Companies”, “we” or “us”) provide this website. Your personal data will be collected, processed, stored and used by us, and passed to and processed by our subsidiary and/or affiliated companies (together “the Companies”) and other data processors acting under contract with us to provide and promote our services, to process payments you make to us, to provide customer support (if offered), and for other purposes referred to in this Privacy Policy and the On/off-site Service Agreements (OsSA) which also governs your use of our sites. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as they do in the On/off-site Service Agreement. It is possible that some of the computer systems and companies that process your data on our behalf may be based in countries outside the European Union (“EU”). Thus, your personal data may be transferred to, processed and held both inside and outside the EU.

3. In the course of using our sites, Users may make their personal data available to others. It is Users’ responsibility to ensure that they wish to disseminate information about themselves (including personal data) in their use of our sites.

  • Post and Electronic communications: We give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving emailed newsletters and/or marketing communications from us in relation to our – or third parties’ – services and products that we think may be of interest to you; each such communication will give you the opportunity of opting-out of receiving future similar communications.
  • Fax: We will not send marketing materials to you by fax, nor provide your fax number to others for this purpose.

Please note that we will be sending you important emails concerning (amongst other things) your use of our site, your User Content and issues arising under the On/off-site Service Agreement or this Privacy Policy. These emails are an integral part of our services, and cannot be opted-out of. Therefore, you must ensure that the email address we hold for you is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it. If you change email address, then you must inform us of the new address.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal data. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. We have security measures in place to protect our customer data and access to this data is restricted internally. However, it remains each User’s responsibility:
