Monitoring

We reserve the right to intercept and/or monitor any/all outgoing or incoming communications from or to our systems.  Systems or persons other than the named communicant may monitor any communications that you send to us, for the purposes of ascertaining whether the communication complies with UK law as we understand it and our own and our support partner’s data policies.

All communications including telephone calls, meetings, and video conferences may be monitored and recorded.

Malicious Intent

Incoming emails and documents that are not respectful, decorous and temperate in their language may be rejected at the edge of our own or our support partners’ computer networks, therefore delivery to the intended recipient is not guaranteed.

In addition, we may report the item to the relevant authorities should we consider it breaches the Malicious Communications Act 1988.

Other

nedwos® and constituent entities do not accept service of documents by email or fax.
