Our standard On/off Site Service Agreement (OsSA) is our most comprehensive plan with Service Level Agreements and inclusive time and assistance. These agreements are designed with you in mind so will need to be written with you, and usually alongside a defined Project Scope.
We also have Incident Support – for short-term help when things may not go as planned. Incident Support is backed by our commitment to fix, where we can, practically any day-to-day business system problem.
Where you just want to ask a question, feel free to call our On-Call Support Number, these are purchased in advance and are charged as per our Charging Schedule. If you have a valid OsSA, you may also have access to the On-Call Support but please check before calling.
